The exhibition «A hole is made by the pieces that remain» tries to define an absence by the presences that frame it. The black hole at the heart of the Milky way cannot be observed, but the orbiting stars it engulfs and devourers tell us of it’s existence. Through photographic methods, printmaking techniques and sculpture, that which borders on that which is not, is examined. The works are experiments in mapping a non-existence.
