It has been a great inspiration to have access to Trykkeriet, where I have worked for two weeks, and where the exhibition ‘Death mark’ came into being.
The large inatglio press at Trykkeriet has given me the opportunity to print woodcuts in a large format, combined with painting on canvas. I have taken a break from printmaking for a few years in favor of painting and sculpture, but now I have started working with graphics again. The time spent here has led to changes in technique and expression. This is clearly visible in the three prints that were made at Trykkeriet.
